You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit a booking request. By booking a service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Mobile Auto SD is a booking and coordination platform that connects customers with independent, licensed mobile mechanics in San Diego County, California. The mechanics dispatched through our platform are independent service providers — not employees or agents of Mobile Auto SD. Services are performed on-site at the customer's specified location by the assigned provider. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment. By booking, you agree to be present or have an authorized representative present at the service location at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible at (619) 555-0100.
A service fee is collected at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This fee covers the diagnostic or initial service visit. Additional repair costs, if applicable, will be communicated and agreed upon before any additional work begins. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
If we are unable to dispatch a mechanic to your area, a full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds for cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled appointment are at our discretion.
By booking a service through Mobile Auto SD, the person booking — and any authorized representatives present at the time of service — agree to release Mobile Auto SD from any and all liability arising from work completed as a result of that booking. This includes but is not limited to pre-existing vehicle conditions, outcomes resulting from the diagnosis or repair, or damage unrelated to the services performed. Because mechanics dispatched through our platform are independent service providers and not employees of Mobile Auto SD, any claims related to the quality or outcome of service are the responsibility of the individual provider.
Parts sourced by the customer are installed at the customer's risk. We warranty labor on parts we supply for 30 days. We do not warranty third-party or customer-supplied parts.
Mobile Auto SD is not liable for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier or network. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Carrier support for SMS messaging may vary. Mobile Auto SD is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier related to SMS communications.
Services are available within San Diego County, California. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our coverage area or beyond the capacity of our current mechanic network.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.
